How to Order

1. Choose a dress you'd like to buy.

In product page, you can:

  • Choose "Custom Color" and fill in "Color #" if your color is not listed. For Color #, please check our Color Swatch.
  • Choose "Custom Size" and fill in Size fields if your size is not standard one. For how to measure, please check our measurement guide.
  • Add your favorite product to wishlist and buy later. It is recommended that you register an account to save wishlisted items forever.
  • Click the "Message us" button to chat with us.

 If you decide to buy, please click "Add to Cart" button.

2. In the cart page:

If you have any special request, please add at cart "Note". Please note some special requests can be applied if you don't contact us before placing order.

Then click "Checkout" button or "Paypal" to next step. Paypal can be chosen as payment method in next step as well.

3. In shipping information page:

  • We recommend you register first before checkout. You can track your order easily in your account.
  • We don't support P.O. BOX address, so please offer your physical street address.
  • Please make sure your phone # is correct.
  • In mobile view, the order information and coupon field is hidden. You can click show button to unhide.

 After fill in your address, please click "Continue to shipping method" to next step.

4. Shipping method page:

  • Our shipping method and cost is based on your destination and product weight. The shipping cost may vary. We support fast worldwide shipping via DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD, FedEx, EMS, etc.
  • Our shipping time doesn't include processing or tailoring time. Usually tailoring time for made-to-order product is around 8-15 days. If you need it urgently, please message us first.

Choose a shipping method and click "Continue to payment method"

5. In payment method page:

Paypal supports 90% credit/debit cards. You don't need have a Paypal account. If you choose Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal to pay with your card.

You can check "Send to Messenger" to subscribe order & shipping update in your Facebook.

If there is none of your current payment method, please message us to add.

Click "Complete order" to pay.

6. In thank you page:

  • You will receive an email with your order information if you pay online successfully or pay with offline payment.
  • You can choose "Get shipping updates by SMS" service.
  • You can also choose "Facebook Messenger" to get updates.

7. Tracking your order:

When you pay successfully, you will receive an email with tracking link.

If you registered in our site, please visit your account to check order information and shipping updates.
